Found this little cutie in thick forest at the end of the day so bumped up the ISO to 3200.

Thanks very much. I was trying flash today for only the second time. So heavy carrying around the camera, lens, bracket and flash...but I think it definitely has potential. Anyway when I found this lovely bird at the end of the day. I was shooting away only to realize that the flash batteries were dead. This following shot was completely underexposed and dark as a result. I've played around in PP and am quite happy with the final result.

That was a good result. You can see less noise in the iso 3200 shot than the under exposed iso 400 pp shot.

There will be days when you get the shot(s) you missed days, months or years before.
