It took me a second to realize that the flower was fake. I was shocked that a House Sparrow had learned to hollow out a sunflower for nesting. As this would have the first instance of me hearing about it! :D

This little bird house has sat empty for years and then one day as i was cleaning the yard I saw the three chicks being fed. Grabbed my camera and waited at the edge of the deck and managed that shot. Sorry not as exciting as thinking its a real sunflower but I was excited to see something living in it :)
