Hi there,
Not sure exactly where to put this thread, but hope this is the right place

I have a friend in Canada who wants to buy one of my images framed at approx. 30"x30". I normally do all my own printing etc for clients here in the UK but I don't want the risk of shipping it to Toronto, Canada.

If any one could recommend a good printer / framing company in Toronto it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks very much.

Andy

I've used these guys before for canvas prints. I was happy with them and will use them again for sure. They are local to Toronto as well.

Will seconf Poster Jack.
Have used them several times and the service, and the end result has been great.
If they are not sure of what you want or have a suggestion as to how it may be better, they call you before proceeding.
Delivery is fast as well.

One more vote for www.Posterjack.ca (external link) . I've ordered canvases, prints, posters, wall clings, an acrylic, and metal....never been disappointed. I have never used their framing service.

Toronto is littered with good quality labs and you will get everyone's personal preference which is not a bad thing. I use a lab called Technicare.com but they don't have a Toronto facility but do excellent work. In this digital age it really doesn't matter where one gets there work done unless they want to physically pick it up from the lab. Now that you have asked this question don't forget to check the similar question links at the bottom of the page.

My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.

I use PosterJack for all my printing needs, always satisfied with the result, great pricing, and quick turn around times for regular prints.

i've used inkdoodle.ca for 30"x30" photo canvas prints and I bought mine at $35 for a 30"x30". They have an overstock section at http://www.inkdoodle.ca/Overstock-Clearance/ (external link) and the prices are awesome! They're a little slow but this was around xmas when i bought from them. When you buy from them in the summer its really fast (probably their slow time)...but its worth the wait especially for the price or prices.
I use to use blacks photography and paid $150 for my first canvas print and to be honest most canvas companies do a decent job as long as the frame is nice and thick 1.5" and that the workmanship is neat.
