Seems as though people more and more announce that they've bought a new camera and/or lens. So - from me to all of you - I'm happy to announce that I'm still very - VERY happy with my "old" camera, from back in the good ol' days in 2004...

1D mk II at 200 ISO, EF 70-200 IS f/2.8, 1/320 sec. Levels corrected and saturation adjusted, slightly...

Also I can't wait to receive my XT (in 2 weeks...) I am still very pleased with my old EOS Elan (from 1993). In all those years, I had only once a small problem that needed a reparation.

I think I would be happy with the 1D mk II and some L lenses too. But some of us had old p&s cameras!

I don't love my Olympus P&S, but I love my XT. However it is my current camera, not old camera so that will have to count.

Me, I still love my Original DRebel. I still see no reason to replace it, for now my results are not limited by the body. Until that happens, my DRebel will be my primary tool.

I love my 300d as well - it won't be replaced for a long time yet.

I just had yet another 20" x 30" print done from one of my 10D images. Even though I have upgraded, I kept that 10D, and will use it for some things. It is still a good camera.

I think the 300D and 10D are the workhorses, but the 350D and 20D are quickly replacing them. I started with the 300D and then upgraded to the 350D, I couldn't help myself. So I have had the 350D for almost a year and in todays terms that's getting close to old. But I will keep it for a while, as I am waiting for a full frame camera body at the right price.

I love my Eos 100 ( Elan ) and would never part with it. 12 years old next month, it's worked hard for me and never had anything go wrong.
Also, I'd only get peanuts if I sold it.....

1D MkII and 70-200 f2.8 IS, possibly some of the best optical equipment ever made ever. ever. ever? EVER.

you're on crack if you think you should be unhappy with that kit.

Still love my 300D (heck, I still like my G5). I figure that by the time I master the 300D and outgrow it, that the 20D replacement will be long out and I'll either pick one of them up, or a nice 20D at a steal.

I love my zeiss ikon and yashica! If I had the time to print properly, that'd be the only cameras I'd shoot.

I also love the canonet rangefinder... And of course the A-1. Love the bright viewfinder.

The old rebel is still clicking too... even though it's plastic.
