Apparently AFP and Getty used his images without payment. Good for Daniel.

I kind of wonder how many other images these outfits use without paying.


"Raw" is not an acronym, abbreviation, nor a proper noun; thus, it should not be in capital letters.

Just makes you wonder how many images these companies steal and get away or the photographers not knowing.

The long, drawn out legal battle puts a bit of a damper on things though.

Glad to see this verdict; hopefully they don't appeal and keep this poor guy tied up in court for another few years.
