have you checked the immediate payment???
maybe the buyer just bought it but he didn't pay for it , if he pays for it , it will be shown in your paypal but the status gonna be 'pending' until he leaves the feedback.
check your paypal email address on your ads ( if you cannot find it click on sell similar item and check the email)

I believe you have to wait 21 business days before the funds clear on your end or when the buyer leaves a positive feedback..

You are incorrect. Please read the thread.

You're incorrect, too. OP already told us the funds have been released. And just to be clear, feedback does NOT release held funds.

I don't want to start another EBay thread. I transferred some money to my bank account few days ago. Now, I am looking at my statement online. Ebay debited a dollar off to my total amount transferred. What's is the deal with that?

Well, since you didn't transfer your money from eBay, I'd say you're confused. Did you mean PayPal? If so, have you looked at the transaction details for the withdrawal?

You're wrong, the following is directly from eBay.

When you get paid by a buyer, the money is credited to your PayPal account but not all of it will be immediately available. Part of the payment will show as pending in your PayPal account. This means you won't be able to spend or transfer the money while the hold is in place.

How long is the hold?
Usually up to 21 days, but you may be able to access your money sooner if item delivery is confirmed or if you receive a positive Feedback from the buyer. As long as there is no buyer dispute, claim, chargeback, or other negative action on your account, the hold will be released after 21 days.

To learn how to ensure a smooth, successful selling experience, see our selling tips and selling practices policy page. See also When will I stop getting my payments held?

Is there anything I can do to get my money faster?
Yes! Your money may be released if:
24 hours after the buyer leaves positive Feedback or;
3 days after PayPal confirms that the item was delivered
When you're ready to ship the item, print a shipping label on eBay or PayPal. If you print a label on eBay, your tracking information is automatically uploaded to My eBay.

No, eBay never updated their info. Read the eBay forums; plenty of sellers complaining that their money is still being held after receiving positive feedback.

Proof of delivery is the ONLY thing that gets funds released before 21 days, unless you call and beg PayPal and get a sympathetic CSR.
