Canon 70D or 700D (from a 600D)

I'm thinking about replacing my 600D with a 70D, 700D or (Oly OMD, but that's another forum entirely)

i've had a 7D before, have a 5D3 now.

what makes me look at the new cameras in the thread title?

continuous AF video.
sigma 18-35 1.8 (please tell me they're making an FF version so i can stop this now)

70D pros
-better continuous AF
-easier controls
-wifi stuff same as 6D?
-LP-E6 (same batt as my 5D3, which i have extras of)

700D pros
-cheap will only have to add a bit after selling my 600D

Oly OMD
-deep DOF even at large apertures

help me guys!

i really don´t see the reason to upgrade from 600D to 700D, so i would say - keep the 600D or upgrade to 70D, because its liveview AF performance is night and day compare to everything else!
