If I had any aptitude for portraiture, a wheelbarrowfull of money, and lots of time, that would be the lens I'd most like to own.

Nov 27, 2013 04:50 | #25 So far my Canon 85 f/1.8. I am just captivated by the tack-sharp focus and narrow depth-of-field. But so far I've been brushing-up on my portrait skills indoors, so I haven't really had a chance to give the zooms a good workout. I thought it would be too long but it turns out to allow some working space between the camera and subject for head-and-shoulders shots. -- Mark | Gear | Flickr

BioSci Senior Member More info | I love my 70-200 II - it creates amazing shots. My new also-favorite is my 24-70 II. It's stupid sharp. Even my wife, who's no photographer, said that it produces images that are spectacularly sharp and vivid. EOS R | EOS 7D
