Yeah... the baby is sick and having my wife hold her up was my only option tonight... which is why I tried to blur my wife out a little with the shallow DOF. I probably could have opened the aperature up more, but I didn't want to lose the edge of the facial features or the lines of the baby's cheeks. I do agree that this would look worlds better if my wife wasn't in the shot at all. When Haylee gets better and can sit on her stool on her own, I'll take more with this light setup and I'll have a better background to shoot against. Thanks for the comments. ~John
