Hello,

I was able to open raw files from my T4i, but I just took some pictures with my T5i and they won't open. Any ideas? I thought the raw files would be the same as the T4i.

Thank you!!

T4i, 18-55mm IS, 55-250mm IS, 50mm 1.8, 3 Vivitar 285HV's and a set of Cactus V5 Triggers!!

You need to update ACR to at least 7.4 when support for the T5i was added.

What software are you using?

The Canon Raw processing Digital Photo Professional that came with your T5i will certainly open the Raw files, but if you are using older software, then it will be a problem!

So you know, Canon (as well as other outfits) change the Raw format a bit for each new model, and older software can't "read" the changes!

Ah, OK, I missed that!

So, an upgrade for ACR?
