So I have always lurked the forums, and I have gotten a lot of great responses when I have posted my own work.

I go to a site called Stance Works a lot, and it's one of my more favorite auto enthusiast blogs. On there, there are always tasteful photography of nice restored and current rides.

Now, the thing I need help with is identifying what filters or editing steps these photographers use to edit their photos. I only ask cause I like the look and how rich and saturated the images are without blowing out the photo.

I am going to post just a few pics of their work, again, I am not taking any credit for these photos. I just wanna know what you guys think they did in order to get the look they got in these pictures.

I am still a newbie in the photography world, so I apologize if this board was the wrong place to put this request.

Thank you for your time, and please help me if you are able to.

That poor bug have a wrecking ball fall on it?

The purist in me just hates to see cars destroyed like this. But....neither here nor there.....

First shot looks like they just played with contrast and levels to give it that sort of hazy look that many currently seem to favor.

Second one just looks like they raised the blacks.

I believe that it is against forum rules to post somebody else's images, even if you give them credit. Posting a link to an image is the appropriate way to reference them.

A the previous poster said, the first is low contrast. It is also quite warm.

Second one is a different look and seems to have high mid range contrast (clarity in LR).

Where they are the same is that they both have a narrow DOF and in particular the foreground is blurred more that the background.
