My wife & I are looking to sell at a local indoor festival early next year. The space is 10' X 10' and I'm looking for ideas to display large (24" X 36") canvases. Unfortunately, we haven't attended any recent shows and never paid attention to booth setups.

Thanks for any info.

I do something similar and bought some racks for a $200 that use S hooks to hold the prints. If it is outdoors and you think you may do several of them in the coming years, you could look at investing in one of the tents that allows you to hang stuff from the sides.

Although not asked for, judge each events on it's merits and traffic. I did 3 last year - 2 were a complete bust and one was pretty profitable. I'm redoing one of them this year with plans to add a couple different ones. Speak to everyone who enters your booth. My biggest spender at the profitable one last year? A kid who's parent gave him some money to blow. He bought from me on 2 different days.

I was at a baby expo a month ago and there were at least four or five photographers showcasing their work. Many of them had a scrolling images on their 27-30" Mac display and large science project like bulletin with photos.

One child photographer I was talking to didn't have any of that but had beautiful collection of photo books, prints and different products she offered with her service on her 6' table.

Do you have a link to the racks?

A 10' X 10' pop up tent is definitely being considered. Just not sure how well it would indoors as the covered roof would not help the limited light.

The event we are looking into is not even an event we were going to consider. But, after a couple co workers recommended we put our work into the show we decided to look into it. I am still waiting on some questions to be answered by the show at this time.

I like the monitor idea. Perhaps something we can consider down the road.

My pop up, you can remove the top fabric.
