I am looking at getting a good all around zoom. Any thoughts which would be a better choice? I am leaning toward the 24-105, but not sure about issues. I am using a 7D. Already have a 10-22, 40, 50 1.4, 100L macro,& 70-200L 2.8 lenses.
Thanks, all input appreciated.

15-85 hands down. 24mm isn't wide as an all around on a crop sensor. You gain a LOT on the wide end with the 15-85.

I would generally agree, but the OP has that covered with the 10-22. I use my 15-85 as my general walk around lens, but If I had a 10-22, I might have opted for the 24-105 instead. The 15-85 is a great lens with 4 stops of IS, the 24-105 only has 3. However, the build of the 24-105 is better, the reach is a bit longer and the IQ is somewhat better. It's really a toss up. They will both do the job.

The weather sealing is a plus for me, as we get a lot of rain here, and it would be nice to not have to worry about that. Otherwise it's a tough choice!!!

I'd say the 15-85 as well. Although the OP already has a 10-22, they want a "general walkaround lens". As such, the 15-85 is very hard to beat. I have both the 10-22 and 15-85, and the 15-85 is pretty much glued onto my camera... 10-22 is for special circumstances (ie. not used very often).
Having overlap is not a bad thing. ;)
