Adorama is offering some great prices on 100+ Lowepro bags for the next 7 days. This is a great sale with some excellent prices! The bags that are on sale can be found by clicking here (external link).

I just picked up the acclaimed Lowepro Pro Trekker 400 AW for $254 with free shipping. I also recommend navigating your way to Adorama via Mr. Rebates if you want to receive a 2% rebate, bringing the final price down to $248.50.

I have a thing for camera bags and cases...but I think this purchase will finally close the loop and I'll have all of the bases covered. That is, until I get a 600L a few years down the road and then I may need one more backpack. ;)

Happy shopping! It has been a great season so far for photography-related items!

That's a common fallacy. You can never close the loop. It's like a worm hole in space. It just pops up somewhere else.

i've been on the quest of matching the number of hand bags my gf has in camera bags.

it's always takes a moment for me to decide which bag to carry out to match my outfit and gear.

LOL! As much as I always think I have things "covered" after a new purchase, your statement has always proven true.

I just hit the buy button for the Trekker 600 II. I just received my 4% cash back from Adorama, so my out of pocket costs was only $73. Not bad for a normally priced $250 bag.

How'd you get it that cheap? I'm seeing $153 on the website.

As stated, he used his existing Adorama credit to bring the price down. If you're not familiar with it, Adorama gives you an in-house 4% credit on some items that you can use on a future purchase.

As Bryan stated, I use my Adorama cash back reward.

Anyone have used the Flipside? How is it when you want to get your gear by rotating it to the front and to secure it by the waist "belt" system???

I have the flipside 400. It works, but as of late I pretty much only use it for either storage or transport. I have not taken it in the field lately as I do mostly wildlife with a larger lens and that requires a bigger bag. When I just started in wildlife photographer, I used it a lot because I used smaller lenses - 300 f4, 70-200 400 5.6 etc). I love the the bag and it's storage capacity. Plus, your gear is really secured because the opening is to your back side and can't be unzipped.

Here's a short Video (external link) that shows all of it's features, including waist belt system.

I have the Flipside 350 (not the sport model) and it's my favorite bag. I normally will undo the waist strap and drop one arm out to bring it around enough to get the camera out. It would be my ideal backpack if there were a way to carry a tripod.

I can fit either 2 bodies, 4 lenses and a flash or 1 body, 5 lenses and a flash in the main camera compartment. Plenty for a day out.

edit: whoops, I meant i have the fastpack:oops:
