I know what 1/4 means, but totally flummoxed as to what 4/1 is?

Dec 05, 2013 06:26 | #4 There is motion blur. Look at the lower left corner above the 's' of shutter. There is a shadow of someone walking past. I guess the people that are less blurred were occupied with the market stalls and didn't move significantly in 4 seconds
