I remotely I remembered something about that beautiful red cover is not right. You simply can't eat its hard harsh skin unlike the strawberry.

It's very good. My favorite fruit of all time. You have to take the skin (hairy part) off and eat the white fruit inside. The texture is much like logan or lychee.

I don't think it's the processing..my processing skills are very basic along with the software (DPP) I use.
