For me, I think I've honed down to my magic set. I have the TS-E 24, Otus 55, EF 85 1.2, ZE 135, and EF 300 mkII. That pretty much covers everything that I shoot. The one that gets the least use currently is the 85, although, looking back, it's produced many of my favourite photo's.
I'm looking forward to taking the Otus out for its 2nd run tomorrow, after a week of having it parked up.

Today i used the OTUS the first time at one of my wedding shoots... i shot some low light candid pictures... the results on the camera display were very stunning. i am glad to check them tomorrow on the screen.

I'm in a similar position, the 85 1.2 is the last Canon autofocus lens I still own. I use it primarily for wide open shooting but it does suffer from significant CA wide open. Have been contemplating replacing it with the new OTUS 85, time will tell.;)

It depends what you are shooting. If you are a wedding shoot manual focus lenses are not the right tool. i noticed that this week on a wedding. i tried to use the otus where i could. i had only use it at the end of formal shootings where the couple stand still for a long time so that i had the time to set the focus point... but during ceremony the otus isnt the right tool. therefor my 50 1.2 is the best lens...

and that depends on which camera you're using with the Otus ;) I currently have the sony a7r and I think that wedding shoots are for the most part capable with the Otus (focus peaking, etc). But you're right when you're talking about Canon bodies.

I agree. Focusing with my 1DX is difficult (partly due to old eyes), but it's fine with my A7R - Just like back in my film days (which I think adds to the pleasure).
