Great job looks like your cousin and step family will be very happy to have memories captured which they will, im sure, cherish.
1. I like the sharpness of the subjects, and the background really makes them pop. I am not a huge fan of the blue/violets maybe tweak the white balance a little if you can or adjust the saturation of those hsl in lightroom.

2. Was this "the kiss?" Kudo on capturing this moment. The rule of 2/3 shouldnt be ignored here as it would have been a bit more appealing of a shot if the couple took up 2/3 of the screen. I do wish there were some background people also to show the story of it being the -till death- kiss. I think the pinkish color is a bit unnatural on this as well.

3. BAM! This shot puts the color in perspective. and what a great perspective! Just a great environmental portrait. Love the architecture, and i'm digging the color in this one, actually. Even though its the same color as the last 2 its working for me with this type of shot. Seeing the altar behind them tells more of that story.

4. This is a good environmental shot, and the same thing i said in 3 goes for this except less of a story.

5. Nice silhouette. It looks like you have cropped this down, I might have not cropped so close to the hands.

6. This has a movie feel to it, good rule of 2/3. I wish there were more fill light on the subject and less on the bright building in the background. Try to brighten up the skin a bit, bump up luminance on the red/orange, hopefully you can bring back some of that.

Indulge me if you will, how did you feel about going as a photographer, and not as a guest at your cousin's wedding?

Not bad for your first wedding job, if u want to kick it up a notch study up on strobe lighting to fill in the shadows. Seems to be the census here so far. Hope my first wedding shots come out just as good as yours.

I can see how the ambient light would give an unnatural tint to the skin colors without flash. and honestly, those first two were probably executed properly without flash due to the fact that it looks like they were done as candid type shots while they were leaving the ceremony (I almost never use flash during that period of time).

I do agree that a little extra post work could've helped BUT, I'm sure your client will be happy with the photos because that's how the natural scene more than likely looked in person.

I'm not a big fan of the BW shots, but that's most person preference. Overall, I think you did a pretty good job for your first wedding and I'm a bit jealous that you were able to shoot in such a cool venue! Good job and keep working at it!

1. As pointed out the ambient looks really tough to work with (note in the background how some of the bridal party look to be closer to a normal hue). I use flash for these exiting shots, in part because I want to make the b+g stand out a little by pulling the ambient down. I also don't think it's intrusive at this point because those few moments are fully of activity and movement; and I'd argue the photographer's flash adds to that atmosphere. Flash also would have helped achieve a more normal color on the couple. Generally, though, even if you're not using flash here, your subject is the b+g, and you should adjust the color balance accordingly [Ie. click the dropper on the front of his shirt and start from there).

2-Good moment, but with the same color balance issue and underexposed and with far to much headroom in my opinion.

3-Because the environment itself is a subject here, I'm ok with not 'properly' tuning color balance according to the human subjects. I do find it odd that your CB choice seems aimed at correcting for the background stage portion leaving the entire scene purple--still it's kind of pretty as is. It also feels underexposed to me.

5-the left and right edges feel cropped (or shot) too close to me, with her hands right at the edge of the frame. a little room on both sides would have helped the image a little.

6-seems like a not-so-great B+W conversion that isn't pushing the skintones (orange / yellow) up sufficiently--OR it's just underexposed. It was time to lose the bouquet, which does nothing more in this image than clutter up the area behind the most important zone in the image. Good expressions, though.

If you have done this first time, I think you have done nice job. You have to little learn about the mixing of color and color effects.
