When I grab BBCode, no Exif is shown. Is there a way / setting to change that ?

With Flickr EXIF is only on the "original" size, rest are stripped of it. I think best is to get their full embed code with links back, so people may check it out there, too.

What do you put around the bbcode to get the photo to show up here?

Nothing. I just paste it into the window. I am using a Windows 7 / Firefox, if that matters.

Oh wow, that worked! Thanks a lot, no more sizing pics down to tiny size and uploading them.

I resize the original to POTN standards and then upload. EXIF will then show with EXIF readers.

Yes, but it's labor intensive...

I have never been able to get flickr to work -? but I would rather use it than photobucket .

IMAGE NOT FOUND
Content warning: data

This is what I get ^^^

I right clicking the image coping the link and then clicking the image button and pasting this in the box.

This is what I am pasting in the image url: (without the quotes)

When you're viewing the image on Flickr, click the little rectangle with an arrow icon for "more ways to share"
Click "Grab the html/bbcode" in that window; this will expand the code box
Select the size that you want to share (1024 at the most for use here)
Make sure that the BBCode radio button is checked at the bottom of the dialog
Copy the entire code block out of the window there
Come back here and paste that code block directly into your post, without any tags at all
Save and post

Once correctly posted, your image will show up with a link back to Flickr. Anyone wishing to view exif for that image can go and use the View Exif option on Flickr itself

That is correct - EXIF is only present in the original size, the resized versions are stripped.
