This weekend I was visiting my son and his wife at their digs in Jersey City. From his living room he's been able to watch the construction of the Freedom Tower in lower Manhattan. Now that it's nearly finished, I was able to take this shot of the new tower talking its place among the skyscrapers in the Financial District.

Taken with 7D, 24-70mm f/2.8L II at f/5, ISO 200. Three exposures processed using Photomatix and Photoshop CS6. As always, C&C welcomed.
