The photo would have been absolutely perfect if the chandelier was straight. Thanks kolok, the only way to straighten the chandelier would be to use some kind of distortion correction software. I've tried using Photoshop Elements distortion correction tool...but it never comes out right. Anybody know of a good program that works well with the 17-40? Might need a little crop and to rotate slightly to compensate for the software correction. Really nice colors on the photo though! 5DMkIV + some Lenses

Really nice colors on the photo though! I've done that before on other shots - with this one as you can see there leaves no room for cropping. Half the stairs would be cropped out if I tried to fix it in that manner. Canon 1DX & 5D Classic | Manfrotto 3021 & 3249 Pods w/ 488RC2 | Speedlite 600EX-RT & 430EX

There was a big fire not far from where i work. Had the 17-40 on my camera, got some great shots. f/8, ISO-200, PP in Photoshop. Wow, those flip-open skylights are an easy & quick way to vent a building! I don't think I've ever seen those in the states though. 5D4 | 5D3 | 16-35 f4 IS | 24-105 f4 IS | 70-200 f4 IS | 100-400 II | Sigma 20 f/1.4 ART | Sigma 35 f/1.4 ART | EF 1.4x III | EF 2x II | 430EX II |
