Thanks Edwin. I'm still in the process of trying (it's VERY trying at times...) to figure out the best way to make the inserted background blend and look more natural with the subject. It's all a learning process...
I know what you mean when you say photography can be very trying at times.
We're all still learning, even the pro's. Just recently I learnt how to clean the censor in my 40D. Previously I'd had it professionally done at a cost of $70. One of my "expert" mates offered to clean it for me, so I let him, to save a few dollars, but it turned out worse than when he started. So I was forced to take matters into my own hands & clean it myself. Guess what, it's not difficult to do at all & I saved myself $70 into the bargain. We're never too old to learn something new, we've just got to be willing to give it a go, as you yourself have done with your recently published image. Hang in there old son.
