Carnival Ride At Ladenberg - C&C Please

Ladenberg Germany played host to a regional fair. There was a whirly-thing ride and I thought this would be a good time to practice pan technique. Since the ride was going too fast to actually choose a subject, all I could do was to pan quickly right to left and keep hitting the shutter.

This was f4.5, 1/20th sec, 28mm, 400 asa.

i like it, gives the feel of the ride.

I think the outrageous colors and the fact that there is a couple in the carriage is what makes the scene.

I love the bright colours in this shot and the movement. The couple in the car look as though they are travelling very fast.

Great atmospheric - you are on the ride with them. There's just enough to make out there is a couple enjoying the ride, whereas one person might have summed up depression.
