thanks, it's the reason I bought it, wanted that compression. So glad I got this lens, opens up a few doors I didnt have access to in the past. Feels like I completed my lens lineup with this lens.

Anyone know which retailers will get this lens soon, sometime between now and September? I think this might be my safari lens, instead of the canon 100-400 used.

Contact small local store nearby, they might have a stock or get one for you much quickly then those fat belly giants ;)

Awesome heron shoots peter. btw I am in love with KF's ;) They are tiny and so wonderfully beautiful. They are indeed hard to shoot so my preferred birds.. Planning to shoot something else but bloody weather seems thinking otherwise. Let see what sunday bring for me :)
