Tamy 150-600. This dandelion, I had to pluck it and elevate it. And I decided to use my dark towel as the background. It's at 600mm, about minimum focus distance, f11. Sharpened at 48 LR and cropped photo.

Thanks , I use fill flash to blacken background .
My problem is the flowers / bugs are just not accessible - like over a fence or on top of cactus . While IQ is nice , the shots are seldom even posted - more for me

Rrdman awesome details.

Rehype - nice flower shots, We went to Victoria BC in Saturday and visited Butchart Garden and took some pictures of flowers from the distance. I will load them up and edit and see if I can find something worthy to post here.
