Pretty awful weather every where across the country (USA at least) this past week. Even here in Florida.

sirquack Goldmember More info | I am excited knowing you are going to be somewhere to take photos of the local birds. My sister in law is from the Philipines and she tells me there are some really cool animals and specifically birds there. Name is Ron.

sirquack Goldmember More info | Mar 12, 2015 13:48 | #6383 Trust me, I am so looking forward to the beginning of spring and the appearance of some color on the trees, ground and in general. It was a particularly cold winter and these last week of 60+ has done wonders for my spirit. Now I just need time to take some photos. I got so fed up I took a shot of of my dogs looking through the window yesterday. I just needed to get some time behind the camera. JVthePT wrote in post #17471746 Wow, way to kill the mood Ron! Lol! Ive just been too busy to use mine and as you know here in Iowa there's nothing but brown everywhere you look right now. Name is Ron.

NCSA197 Goldmember More info | Mar 12, 2015 17:03 | #6384 Here you go Ron. Yesterday we were promised Blue skies and sun. We got a foggy gray day. So instead of the eagles we were hoping for, we got waterfowl. But it is the first Red Throated Loon I've seen. Not overly common in Western New York.

That's true we have more than 100 bird species that endemic in the Philippines. I will be really happy if I can photograph just a few. Peter

It is one of my weaknesses. I thankfully, have a very culturally diverse family, so I am quite the foody. My wife was born in Mexico, and my sister in law is from PI and my brother in law is from the south and his southern style food is out of this world. Unfortunately this has all taken a toll on my waistline over the years. LOL Name is Ron.
