Yes that is the one, Aug 21st. I need to come up with a filter of sorts quickly--that is this coming Sunday. Of course chances are 80% that it will be cloudy here, but just in case.....

2017 for North America, so next year.

I think you have a minute. If you're in Africa or near there, you will see one on Sept 1rst this year.

Cracking shot.

Yes from Thursley, saw her again the other day in a tree by the boardwalks, she just let us walk right underneath, never known a Kestrel to be that tolerant.

I've just got this lens, got a deal with a Kenko 1.4x converter as well.

BUT on my 7DmkII the lens with coverter gives err1 lens message!!
without the Kenko.. lens is fine.
Kenko on my tamron 70-200vc it works fine.. also if i test it on my old 500D.. still all works.


anyone any thought what the problem could be?

I've used a soft cloth to clean the points on the lens/kenko and the camera. still get the eer1 message.. and sometimes it comes up LENS UPDATE needed!!

Which kenko is it and have you checked compatability on the kenko website?

it does say turn a couple of things off on the camera.. which I haven't touched.... as when I put the other lens' on my Body with this converter there isn't a problem.
