I started offering a basic shooting fee only option for the winter for people who don't actually want the gobsmack-ton of prints I provide with my packages. This is the first go at it so far, and it was a basic family portrait for the annual Christmas card. We went up the mountain for these. Not sure what the elevation was but I got to test the "new" 4WD.

The dog shot is a winner!

Thanks guys! Crazy part is it took longer to get up the mountain than it did to do the entire shoot. :P

That photo is brother/sister/dog. Here's the sister except with her boyfriend:

I'm a cat owner, but that is a wonderful shot of an awfully happy dog!

Nice work!

I actually love it when it takes longer up the hill than to do the shoot, but I love mud on any day!

Hah thanks everyone. The adventure up the hills wasn't too bad but hunters had the snow packed down pretty slick by the time we got on it. Getting there is half the fun though.

Thanks! I take some pride in my locations, sometimes burning as much as a full tank of gas just to find the right spot(s) for one client.

Rocco (the dog) was fantastic. It was literally a 6 minute photoshoot from first photo to last, and that even includes a couple minutes of him just running around. I chose this location specifically so he could run off some energy.
