Please try using capital letters and full stops, a 3 line sentence is REALLY difficult to read.

Put the memory card into a card reader and window explorer.

When you say "download my photo to the c.p.", what is the c.p.?

And, what software have you been using to download?

Did you mean to say "download my photo to the p.c." (your "personal computer")?

Assuming that's the case do tell us the software you've been using and describe your process/workflow!

But do try to express yourself with complete sentences and proper punctuation, otherwise you will lose the attention of people who actually may have good help!

How about if you open an Explorer window for the card reader, select the files you want to download and do "Copy"? And then open a window for the folder in your PC where you want the photos to be and do "Paste".

Well, good that you found and fixed the problem!

And yeah, troubleshooting these systems can be not just a pain, but a "triple" pain!:)
