This was my first time photographing a DJ. I like how the images turned out. What do you guys think?

He doesn't give me the faintest impression of being a DJ - more like a DJ equipment salesman.

Yeah, I suppose he looks dressed for wedding gigs, which might be the goal.

I wonder if everything should be in focus in the 2nd photo. (gear AND subject)
I would possibly clean up some of the forehead skin.

The photos look great to me otherwise.

He does do weddings and fashion show type things for department stores so I am thinking the jobs he takes he is usually dressed that way or expected to dress that way. I thought that about the second photo too... Too late now. If I ever try that pose again I will shoot it differently. People on another forum have also pointed out the tie. I didn't notice it (& didn't know much about wearing ties) but the image can be cropped if the client wants.

Good job on the photos.


I just got my first pair of glasses that I didn't think I needed. I apologize to anybody in the past year that I said their pictures were out of focus lol.
