This shot I believe was at f/4 or maybe f/5.6, ISO 400, shutter - 1/40th. I just focused close (didn't actually focus on anything), until I liked the bokeh. I took another one at f/2, but that allowed too much ambient. If steroids are illegal for athletes, should PS be illegal for models?

If you can open up more, you may avoid the little stop sign shapes, unless you were going for them. You'll also get bigger bokeh 'balls' which will fill it up more.
