upload problem...

I cant seem to upload pictures..is anyone else having this problem?

I have done it before and am trying to do it the same as always, but I get "invalid file" error...

The photo has to be no more than 800 pixels on largest side and no more than 100k file size. You may know that but it doesn't hurt to suggest it.

I didnt think they were that large, but might be....what I have done in the past is email the photos to myself out of XP "my pictures" and it asks if they can be made smaller. I say yes and then can upload them easily, but not today...or last night...

I will mess with it more this weekend...
