I am looking for a fairly easy and realistic way to replace a sky in CS6. Can you suggest a tutorial? Thank you.

Check out some of the tutorials on youtube - here is a quick link to one example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EcJhVpx_1jg (external link)

This can be a fairly simple edit or a very complex edit, depending on the image. A great big open sky over the ocean, with nothing obstructing the sky is pretty straight forward, but trying to replace the sky in an image with lots of trees (where the sky is visible throughout the leaves and branches) can be a bit more challenging.

You may also want to look into some different selection techniques to select bits and pieces of sky coming through the trees if this is an issue for your image.

Thanks John. That's encouraging. Went to the beach early this am anticipating a beautiful sunrise. Didn't happen - not a cloud in the sky.The rocks and surf in the foreground came out great. Used a 6 stop ND. Hopefully, I can replace this less than dramatic sky with something I shot last week.

Beach shots should be easy enough. If you have Photoshop, the "Blend If" sliders can work wonders for sky replacement even if you have trees in the shot.
