Hello guys,

I'm currently shooting with a selfmade diffuser wich I want to replace shortly.
I am thinking about a setup using a Wimberly F-2 Combo 2 Macro Combo Flash Bracket.
I've seen on several sites that you will need some sort of dovetail.
Currently I'm shooting with a 600d and a 430EXII Flash.

The question is If I need a M-8 Perpendicular Plate? The site noted it's not needed if your camera has a Arca-Swiss style body plate.

The other question is, when using a Offshoe Cord on my 600d; is there any other item needed to attach the flash onto the camera.

thank you in advance

Frank

i can't answer the whole thing here - but your last question.
no.
the cord slides into the hotshoe of your DSLR
and the flash slides into the end of the cord.
the bottom of the cord which holds the flash also has a screw "socket" (for lack of a better term) for the 1/4-20" which is so standard in our lives! :)

the rest I can't answer.

Good luck!
