Some look overexposed, but that's a nice one of the firebox!

I've spent the last 30+ years cleaning fireboxes. Yeah, they look real nice from the outside. Imagine the heat coming off that boiler right into the engineer's faces.

Something like 30 degrees Fahrenheit in the cab over ambient from that firebox heat? In December it doesn't sound so bad, in July I only want to imagine.

Not too much should be clipping based on the histograms, but I did try and keep to about a stop over when shooting to preserve the shadows detail with so much black on black and if the cluttered backgrounds washed out then my thinking at least was at least the white background was less cluttered. On my laptop they seem ok, it will be interesting to see how they look on my desktop when I get home. Should have a few more worth posting then too.
