Good Camera For landscape Photography in my budgget

I have budget of round about 250$ and I am confused about which point and shoot will do very good low light photography along with landscape photography (i am not even a beginnar,just an amateur,photography lover)

I shortlisted 3 of the cameras,I don't know much about the things such as aperture,focal length and wide angle lens etc


1. Ixus 500/510 hs
2. Ixus 255 hs
3. Ixus 240 hs
4. powershot 530 Elph..

Powershot 330HS/Ixus 255 has the best lens and IQ for an easy to use point & shoot.

Save up a little bit more and get a EOS M, literally they're selling for $350 new with a SHARP and fast 22mm 2.0.

No small sensor point and shoot is going to beat it in IQ or low light capabilities.

The camera body is the same size as high end point and shoots. It even has a auto modes like a P&S(if you need them).
