I want to do something like this. Tips?

I like it a lot, and I'd like to try something similar. How would someone light something like this to keep the windows from reflecting? CPL? How much of a slower shutter speed should I have? What would I do in post?

OP: A cpl would help kill some of the ambient reflections; then you'd need one light off the right edge of the frame for the side lighting and one above and slightly right, pointed down, from what *I* can imagine looking at that shot.

@kjon, the blue layer is something I kinda figured. Low contrast too.

@Snydremark, Any suggestions to keep the lighting from contaminating the floor or subjects too much? Low power and a softbox?

Barn doors, snoots, even just some dark, flat panels on the sides of the lights to control where the light is actually going are some pretty common techniques. I've never tried lighting anything with multiple lights, myself, yet; so anything I say is based purely on theory and what I've read around here in the past.
