Not sure what happened, but some edits I performed no longer register, as if the image was reset. This happened to images I edited in LR4 and migrated (the catalog) into LR5 and images only edited in LR5. Also, for the images that were only edited in LR5, only a handful of the images had this happen. Some edits to the set of images are still applied.
Another thing, some images that I started editing in LR4, when opened in LR4 have the edits applied. When I open the same files in LR5, which is the same catalog that had been upgraded to LR5, do not show the edits.

Any idea's? The only thing I can image that might have caused this is the external HDD I work off was accidentally unplugged while in LR5.

Are you using native CR2 files that have edits stored in separate sidecar files or, are you converting to DNG format that keeps the raw original and all edits inside the DNG file?

No, I convert everything to DNG, store on an external HDD. Its like I ht "reset" on say 60% of my images that I edited, but in actuality I didnt.

I mentioned the unplugging of the HDD because thats the only thing I can think of that might have "corrupted" the catalog. It basically said "you cant do that because that HDD is in use by Lightroom." I thing I just plugged it back in, and everything was ok.
