SF and Napa with 6D

Bought a 6D recently after 4 years with a few 5DIIs. I took it with me to SF and Napa and results are below. Do you guys have any tips on how to give that 2nd image a more glossy touch? I had to recover the image a lot (which thanks to the 6D works a lot better now).
