Is the Yongnuo YN-622C will trigger the Mettle 600W strobe? I am planning to use my 430exII mount on my camera and this Mettle 600w on a stand.

Yes it will work, but it will require a cord to go from the 622 to the monolight.

I contacted cowboy studio and they said, YN 622-C are only for speed light and not for strobe?

They are morons. The 622 is designed for speedlites, but can be connected to strobes.

Great! Have you gone past the camera's sync speed? If not, check it out... you'll be surprised.

The 622C also works with the Impact monolights as well. I used the cord and plugged it in to the back of the monolight.

Works perfectly fine on my 60D; basically the same as the 6D control wise.

You do have to dig into the flash settings and make sure you are set up Manual and tell the camera which group your flash is in.
