I dont know if its possible, but would anyone be able to help me with an edit ?
This photo is special to me but the lens flare is a problem.
Im happy with the rays of light coming off the sun, but its the flare spots which i dont like.
If you could help, then advise me on how it was done in elements that would be great.
Thanks.

Just a quick edit in elements with the clone brush. Satisfactory? Wasn't sure how much of the flare you wanted removed. I took the obvious spots out but left the sun rays.
