I am looking for some suggestions as to the cause of the Vignetting in the current shot. I took several shots when visiting the Torry Pines Gliderport last month and the vignetting is present in many of them. Shooting with T1i with Canon 15-85mm. Have an B&W UV Filter and a lens hood on the lens. Shot was at 85mm, f/5.6, 1/800. Thanks for your tips in advance.

If the lens hood was designed for the lens, then that would not likely be the cause. If it wasn't, then try taking some test shots at the same focal length without the hood. My guess is that it's the UV filter if you were shooting at 15mm. Did you crop the shot? You'd expect vignetting on the bottom too.

Why are you wearing a UV filter? Digital sensors are not sensitive to UV light.

It is a Canon hood designed for this lens. I have the UV filter on to protect the lens. I remember reading someplace a suggestion to add a UV filter to protect the lens. Maybe since I now have the hood I should remove the filter?
