........Why? 8lbs for that size of a bag is insane!

What about that bag do you like? Since it's not available in the US knowing what you like about it will help you find a similar bag (and one that probably doesn't weigh do much for what it does)

1. I travel at-least 3 times out of country - Bag must be durable enough to survive...
2. Fit in flight
3. Must be able to keep Laptop(s) (Personal 17, work 14)
4. Locally I would like to take 2 Bodies, 3 Flashes, 7 Lenses, Chargers, Batteries, Cards, Misc items,
5. One T-Shirt or Hoodie

Weight is not a problem, I am used to it - One day i will get tired - but its going to be a while...

Looked at Tamrac Evolution - Didnt like it
Looked at Tamrac Expedition - Too Too Big and but not enough room for accessories - I didnt like the Front 3 compartments - Zips are very very tight...

May be i am just obsessed with this bag - by looking at the video. I couldnt find anything similar to this ....Looked at all Tamrac and Lowepro bags...

clearly you missed this, from the comments of the video :

It will NOT fit within Australian or international airline carry on luggage size limitations.

;)

That bag looks to be about the same size as my LowePro Vetex 300AW, which I don't believe will fit in carry on either.

That is definitely a crazy bag though. I can see the appeal, though I think I'd look more at a roller for that much gear. Fully loaded my Vertex is so heavy you have to stand it up on a table and back into it.

Bear in mind that all the dimensions have to fit, not two out of three. Judging by the chart you linked, that would limit you to U.S. Airways.
