This may well be old-hat and boring, apologies if so. I hadn't come across it before.
Those of us who do 365s and like to add some text with a picture, then post it to multiple web sites, may find the whole cut-n-paste process a little tedious.
It turns out that if you add your description to the appropriate fields in the picture (I don'y know which header it's actually stored in, but in Photoshop it's File | File Info | Description | Document Title and File | File Info | Description | Document Title | Description then these are automatically recognised by at least Flickr, Blipfoto and Facebook.
