Aspect Ratio

I have a Canon Powershot A560.
As much as I search the operations manual I cannot find how to do the following:

The spec indicates Aspect Ratios of 4: 3 and 16:9
How do I set the AR to which of these options I want?

Also the spec shows several Image Capture Quality pixel ratios
I want to set mine to 3072 x 1728 How?

And finally the spec indicates movie options as:
640 x 480 @ 30/15 frames
320 x 240 @ 60/30/15 frames
160 x 120 @ 15 frames
Again how do I set the one I want?

"Wide screen" will give you 16:9; pretty much any other image resolution setting will give you 4:3. See page 26 of the Advanced User Guide.
