Nothing really. F/13 1/250. It you click on the photo you can see the rest of them in smugmug. To me it's hard because it was so vibrant. Hard to make them look like they were done up in Lightroom or photoshop

You didn't push the shadows? I haven't seen banding like that in a non-adjusted photo before.

I'm guess I'm not clear what your asking/saying? I didn't intentionally try to make this picture unnatural? Is it bad? Need to be fixed? Help a rookie understand please :):)

What I'm asking is if you increased the exposure in your photo editing software, or is that photo straight out of the camera unedited. Can you see the banding in the shadows? That's what I'm talking about, the photographs are wonderful but the banding is terrible (the cameras fault). The only way you can really see banding is if you increased the exposure in the shadow areas. Banding looks like cross-hatches on the image, look in the dark trees in the bottom left corner of the image in your post #5.

Do a search for 5d mark ii banding and you'll see what I'm talking about.
