Anyone go from the 100mm L to the Zeiss 100mm or vice versa and did you regret the move?
I have the 100mm L and a Canon 135 L and I really want to give the Zeiss a try but really can't afford outright purchase without giving something up. I also am considering the Zeiss 35mm f2. What would be better 2 kit combo? I also have a 24-105, 70-200 f4 IS and a 35mm f2 non IS.

I have both the Z100 and the 100L and both have their strengths IMO.
The Zeiss has excellent colour rendering and a superb feel to the focus ring but it only goes down to half life size.
The 100L gives some slight benefits with its IS and is a true life size macro.

If I really need 1:1 then it has to be 100L but all other 100mm close up stuff is done with the Zeiss.

And the 35/2.....you wont regret getting one, that's for certain.
