I have a 40mm f2.8 STM and im trying to sell it. I recieved an offer for $70.00.
I bought it new for $140.00 I understand its used and all but 70 seems a bit low to me
should i take it or hold on to it to see what other offers i can get. I saw on ebay there ranging from 90 to 140 any suggestions??

Heya,

Counter offer? The lens is popular enough to where you shouldn't have to take such a low ball offer unless it's in really poor condition.

It's new price fluctuates between $120~140. I would sell it used, shipped, for $100 myself in excellent condition, to get a sale. It's so small you could send it in a tiny box or a padded envelope even (use a box...) so shipping would be nothing. I'd use USPS for simplicity (like flat rate small box).

Very best,

For that price / loss, just keep it. I hated it's focal length on my T4i and now I love it on my 6D.
