I finished developing the photo and trying to export the RAW File to PS then to print.
I tried to export in format of TIFF and or PSD. But the file was not saved.
Somehow either my computer can't handle the loads or LR processing, if I have too many layers or processing done to the photo, the export will not work.
LR does not do layers. If the problematic file had layers it could only have been done in PS. Yet you wrote, "I tried to export in format of TIFF and or PSD. But the file was not saved." Since "export" is a term used in the LR interface and not by PS, it sounds like you tried to use the Export dialog in LR, in lieu of using the "Edit in ..." function, with the intention of later opening it in PS and that LR-generated file was not saved and therefore never reached PS. Bob's answer was based on that understanding, but your second post contradicted the first. Clarity (and not the local contrast kind) improves communication.
If, however, I am at fault and have misunderstood you and it was in fact LR that could not save the file, you should probably examine your computer if it chokes on a single layer. uncompressed, 16 bit, 114.5 MB tiff. That is the maximum size of an exported tiff from the 70D and it is not affected by the amount of editing done in LR. A multi-layered tiff from PS will be considerably larger, however, and might well be too big for an older machine with inadequate memory. Unless there is a strong possibility that you will be returning to the image to make changes to the layers, you should at least flatten it and if that is not enough, to convert to 8 bits and store it as a high quality jpg. Or, alternatively, to do all the tonal and color edits in LR (in high bit depth) and send to PS only an 8 bit file which would be good enough for edits that don't require big tonal shifts, like cloning or sharpening.
If the work done in PS can easily be repeated if necessary - simple cloning, for instance, or straight-forward sharpening - the best course might be to not save the output from PS at all, but rather remain with only the original Raw and the LR catalog. (Both of them suitably backed-up, of course.)
