This image hasn't any PP other than size and to jpg.
I'm quite new to studio lighting, and would appreciate any CC regarding the lighting in this image

Seems a little underexposed to me - especially the face.

Thanks, I did meter it, but my 5d3 does seem to under expose, I should set a profile in the meter for the camera. I didn't adjust in PP which I normally do.

Any thoughts on the lighting settings, more/less key light with respect to fill, angles, hair light etc...

I think they do. My 5d3 does.

Not really a lighting expert, but a bit more soft light on the face would be good. What lighting setup did you use?

I generally like to overexpose skin by about a half stop, sometimes even a full stop - especially on fair-skinned women. The meter wants to make her average; you want to make her glow.

I think the main light on the subject should have been somewhat higher as well. Put a little shadow under her nose - not too high, though, or you'll get dark eye sockets.

Based on the shadow the lighting looks like good loop lighting to me, with ~1:2 ratio. Of course, butterfly lighting is an option, but what the OP chose is good.

The only thing is that the vignette in the background is too high, either bring it down or go white entirely.
